HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Paid and charged never shipped can’t find the gown ?! Never arrived and now black tie premier with NO new gown. Get it together! I lost a client over this dress and will never be using Nordstrom for anything high end or designer again! Stick with Saks and/or Goodmans on big buys!
