Great dress but TOO LONG!
This is the second Halogen dress I’ve bought this season that was WAY too long! I wanted to love this dress - the fit was great, the fabric was a nice weight, and I love the pleat detail, but I am 5’4” and this dress fell a couple inches above my ankles. I don’t know who Nordstrom is making these dresses for, the average American woman is 5’3” but you’d have to be at least 5’8” for this dress to hit at a flattering length. Please offer petites!!!

way too long
I’m 5 foot 3 and the Small came just a few inches above my ankle. The proportions are all wrong. There is a snap on the chest and it’s about 3 inches higher than it should be. It would have been a great dress if the proportions were right.
