Lightweight summer basic
Summer-weight cotton falls cleanly from the pleats. Elastic at the back waist keeps this skirt casual but also comfortable in hot weather. And there are pockets! I would say it fits slightly looser than true to size, and on 5'4" me, it obviously hits lower than on the pictured model, but still midi and not maxi. Definitely requires pressing or steaming out of the wash unless you really don't care about wrinkles, but it's a solid wardrobe basic.
