Pleated Bustier Maxi Dress

This dress is beautiful, but fatally flawed. First, skip it unless you have really small boobs -- the cups are very small (I'm 5/9 and lim with 34C bra size and even the cups on the medium were to small. But even if your boobs can fit in the cups, the bustier style bodice totally fails -- because the bodice is super stretchy, the underwire does not stay put under the boob. You end up with part of your boob in the cup and part under the cup. I tried this dress in both a small and a medium to try to solve the problem, with and without a strapless bra, with and without cups.... couldn't get anything to work.

I love the look, color, and fabric of this dress. It was very comfortable from waist down. Unfortunately, like the other reviewer mentioned the bust area is poorly designed due to smocking on the bodice. While I loved it for stretchy comfort, it renders the cups completely useless causing the boobs to fall under the underwire. When my boobs were over the underwire, i was spilling out of the dress because there wasn’t enough fabric for coverage.
