Beautiful bag but
Beautiful bag. But to be honest, I sent it back because of the two wheels. For a carry on, it just seemed more reasonable to have four wheels so it would glide sideways easily down the isle of the aircraft.

Travelpro Brand is Awesome... but the garmet bag leaves a lot to be desired
- handle is not long enough - my heel keeps kicking it as i walk pulling it
- clothes got even more wrinkled in this bag than in a regular suitcase
- when packed with cloths, zipping the bag is next to impossible, and good luck getting the buckles at the top of the bag to click together.
- bag is too wide to roll down the isle of an airplane - you have to carry it along with your work bag which becomes cumbersome, quickly. is there not a solution to get the bag tall and narrow perhaps?

Disappointment
I’ve been a travel pro luggage user for over a decade. I feel like the quality of this bag gets worse and worse as the years go on. I’ve also never used any of the warranties and this is at least my fourth version of this bag. this may be my last bag purchased with your company.

I have not taken the garment bag on a trip but I do have 5 additional pieces of the platinum elite. I love the appearance, durability and quality of construction.

Good bag but hits back foot when pulling
Seems like a great bag. Good organizational tool. Only issue is it kept hitting my back foot as I pulled it. I think this is due to my height (6'2'') but even with the handle fully extended it didn't give me enough room behind me. Will try a four-wheel bag.

Very good but not great
In general I am quite pleased. the only two disappointments are 1) the handle has a tendency to get caught on the innards of the bag and not fully extend without some extra manipulation, and 2) the bag doesn't seem to want to le flat because of the outside pocket which makes it a little challenging to fully zipper

Overall, this is a very good bag. Very nice looking, solid construction. Wheels are solid and make rolling through the airport a breeze. The only criticism is the small straps on the sides that hold down the flaps. Not well designed, don't function well, and look cheap. For the price of this bag, this should be better.
