Wonderful Skirt!
Love this flowy, gorgeous skirt, with an elastic easy waist and pockets!! Yes, it’s not cotton as another review mentioned and that’s what I like about it!! (Cotton would be stiffer.) Lovely skirt at a great price! Nordstrom, get more of these!
