Kacey Cuffed High Waist Boyfriend Jeans

I really liked these and was sad to have to return them. The denim is more rigid. I purchased my normal size 28 (4-6) and the pant fit loose everywhere except the hips where they were fitted. Unfortunately, I had a huge waist gap. I have a small waist and wider hips. The length was perfect (5'1"), so it was disappointing as I don't think I can size down. I feel the hip area would get tighter and even at a size smaller the waistband would still probably gap at the back. If I let them hang lower to fit the waist, then the front is too long. This fit just didn't work for hourglass petite with shorter torso. The wash is beautiful and the barrel is tame. I'm so sad!

These are my new favorite jeans! I bought my usual size and they were tight when I first put them on, but relaxed to a perfect fit. The material is so soft and buttery. The stretch is just enough without feeling loose. They are a nice departure from my usual go-to of straight raw hem crop jeans. I was concerned that the barrel style would look clownish and this pair did not. The barrel shape is not exaggerated so this cut will last beyond the trend. I bought these at the Anniversary sale and love them so much I am ordering another pair in the darker wash at full price. I am 5'5 and the jeans hit me right at the ankle. I've worn them with Birkenstock clogs and Blundstone boots and got lots of compliments. I'm sure they would look cute with heels as well as shown on the model.
