Beautiful dress!
This dress ticks off a lot of my boxes! For reference, I’m 62, 5ft 4inches, 130-135lbs and a 36D. I bought the size 6. I wanted a dress for my daughter’s May wedding. I needed something that covered my upper arms, I could wear a supportive bra with and I wouldn’t have to alter, in a fresh spring color that wasn’t a pastel, while being comfortable. This dress by Pisarro Nights covers all that and then some. The color is a muted robins egg blue, the beading adds formality, the cold shoulder adds style and covers the upper arms, and the length is a long tea or ankle length. No hemming needed! The dress is super comfortable and has a vintage vibe to it. Awesome dress!

Better packaging please
Beautiful! The beading makes this dress very heavy. The "runs large" sizing comment is an understatement. My usual size was excessively large in the waist, bust, as well as length. Nordstrom disappointed me for the first time in that this item was shipped to me in a plastic bag. No tissue paper or anything protective in the package. The store price tag was also $20 below the online price I paid.

I am happy that I found this dress at Nordstrom; it's elegant, slimming and a wonderful color. I looked at over 100 dresses and this was the most beautiful and refined choice for me as I am over 60. I bought 2 dresses and will return the one that wasn't the right fit. The beading is well done and gives the dress a shimmer.

Bought this dress in 2 sizes because was losing weight & was unsure which dress would fit better for my granddaughter’s wedding. My goal was to fit in the size 8. I reached that goal, but the waist and hem length on the size 8 were too high. Hem only came to my ankles and the waist was too high for me. I am long waisted, so it did not surprise me. I am 5’5 1/2” tall. If you are just a tad shorter, this is the dress for you! I got so many compliments on this dress in the other size. I absolutely love this dress! The color, the exquisite beading are just stunning for this price. It travels well too, as the wedding was across country for us.
