Disappointed
I was very much shocked and disappointed it didn’t come in a box; this was purchased as a gift! This should have been indicated as item detail before I made the purchase. Nordstrom, you tricked me with such an omission!

Christmas bummer
No bags were given with my online purchase of 3 candles at full price.(even though there were on sale). When i took my receipt to nordstrom to get the gift bags, they would not give them to me without the candles. So i have to drive another 2 hours round trip to get the candles and go back to get Jo Malone bags. Where are iconic to any Jo Malon product purchased. So why i wasnt given them in my shipping package at christmas time i dont know.

Nice candle but no box as stated in description
I’ve been a Jo Malone fan for years. Always classic, beautiful fragrances and gifts. I was planning on giving this and the orange bitter scent candle as a gift. One came wrapped in kraft paper and the other in a cardboard box. No signature Jo Malone boxes. Leaving for the party in an hour so gifting Nest candles that are packaged so festive. Really disappointed. Candle itself is fine-cute holiday bow on top.
Other items came packaged with a bow at least.
Should have bought in store so I could get packaging I guess.
