What it is: A twist on Charlotte's best-selling Pillow Talk lipstick, now available in limited edition shades with matte or satin finishes for you to choose from.

What it does: Love Effect features Charlotte's iconic K.I.S.S.I.N.G formula, which means it's moisturizing and hydrating and leaves lips kissably soft. Encased in the sleek golden bullet we all know and love, reimagined in a collectible, limited-edition case topped by a heart-shaped jewel. Shades Naughty Talk and Kiss Talk feature a soft-satin shine, while Love Talk and Dream Talk have a matte finish.

How to use: Start by applying your lip liner. Beginning on the outer corners, trace the liner just outside the natural lip line. Apply the lipstick either straight from the bullet or use a lip brush for more precision.

Kiss Talk - nice shade and very moisturizing

The packaging on these is very solid. There is a cutout to hold the gem in the cap and inside the cap is a small attachment to keep it in place. It’s not just glued onto a normal CT lipstick. The heart also has the logo inside. The lipstick quality is her normal lovely opaque satin. Sometimes her fleshy pinks can be chalky looking on me (neutral fair) but this one is a good soft pink that isn’t baby pink. It’s very wearable with out without lip liner. If you have deeper skin, you may want a lip liner to deepen the edges IF you don’t like a solid light pink lip.

I love Nordstrom so much but I feel like quality has been slowly slipping. I know this was last years vday limited edition colors and packaging and I have the blushes and really wanted the lipsticks. So I was so excited to see Kiss Talk in stock. However I’m 90% sure the lipstick I received was used. Like there’s a little hair stuck to it and it’s damaged. And there’s glitter smudged all over the top which I don’t believe rhis to be a glittery lipstick. Please see attached photo

Cooler Choice and Gorgeous Tube

I gave up awhile ago on CT lipsticks because they ALL pulled warm on me and just were not flattering. Enter these new Kissing lipsticks and they are all wearable and cooler in tone for me (medium tone) except the pink one which pulls slightly warm and I will not repurchase. I have to layer it with other CT lipsticks to want to wear it consistently. I have purchased MANY of her products from the very beginning and I always said her choice of packaging is superb. I've read reviews saying these new heart products are juvenile and cheap looking but I disagree. Charlotte makes makeup fun and her crystals and rose pink packaging stand out from all the others, including the makeup lines she previously designed for. Keep the cooler toned lipsticks coming Charlotte because they are beautiful!

Super hydrated lip

I received this pillow talk love effect lipstick matte revolution part of my secrets santa gift from my colleague. I normally use dark red shades because I like it very much. But this love effect color also suits on my skin feels so good. After using it I feel my lips so hydrated and looks more pretty. It was so good on daily use.
