Pikolinos are the most comfortable she I have ever bought and wore day one. This pair is the 3rd pair of Pikolinos I have bought this year. Not only are they the most comfortable shoe but they make my feet look smaller and alluring. (we are talking a size 10 1/2 to 11 shoe size.)
I can't believe it took me this year to discover this brand of shoe.

Don’t buy these shoes
The heel on these shoes is treacherous. I wore them for 5 minutes before taking a severe fall. The structure of the heel is slippery and very unsteady. The shoe is beautiful but buyer beware!!!!

Comfortable, beautiful shoe- consider sizing up
These look fabulous with just about anything and the padding is lovely- they have a slimming effect on the foot. The brown color is true to what my computer screen showed me. Consider sizing up. I am between a 9.5 and a 10 but usually end up purchasing 10's (I bought this sandal in a 10). I've never had to buy wide shoes, but these ran snug on my feet (snug as in fit just perfectly). Someone with a wider foot or thick boned ankle may benefit from sizing up!

Beautifully Made
The moment you open the box you are wowed by the color and quality. They are beautiful! I bought these shoes in tan, in a Size 8 US. which is my size and my feet are a bit wide, so they did fit perfectly with no wiggle room. However if I had gone a size bigger (next size is 9) they would be too big. I wish they had them going half a size up to accommodate different feet (size 7.5, 8.5, 8.5) for some kind of wiggle room.

Stunning Craftmanship
This is an absolutely beautiful shoe down to every last detail. However, it runs slightly large in the heel and my foot slides forward. Also, the cage style of this shoe is a little big for my foot, so I'm going to re-order down to a size 7 and see if that works for me.

Beautiful but too big
This is exactly the shoe I wanted and it's very well made, but if you have a thinner foot and ankle it's a problem. I don't wear a size Narrow shoe so it's not that. The width from the toe through ball of foot is fine. Unfortunately, the straps through the middle part of the sandal gap so much it looks as if the shoe is far too big even though the length is just right. I am very sad to be returning these.
