it really works
This product is wonderful. I'm an African Americn woman and have taken my first bottle. I was skeptical at first, but by the 3rd week, I could tell my hair was getting healthier and growing must faster! My hair stylist thinks it's her doing, but I know the truth. ;-)

Did nothing
I have soft nails that split or break if bumped or any other good reason. I try to grow them, but without success; they always break. I am always on the lookout for anything to promote shiny, healthy hair.
I was excited to try these vitamins, hoping for a natural way to give my nails some strength and for my hair to be shiny and healthy, or at least notice a difference. I faithfully used the whole bottle as directed, and noticed absolutely no difference. It did not say you had to use them for an extended time to notice any results, so I am assuming I should have noticed SOMETHING but didn't.
Seriously, don't waste your money.

Strongly recommend
I've been using these pills for a little over a year and have seen major improvements with my hair. I'm 27 and have been dealing with hair loss since I turned 20. This product has not only helped with hair loss but also has transformed my hair to look & feel VERY healthy. I have stopped using products & styling my hair with heat after I shower now. My natural hair just looks that good! The only down side is that when you stop taking these pills, your hair will slowly go back to normal. My mom also tried to use it due to hair loss but didn't get the same results.

this works
I have stronger nails from using this product - and can tell a difference when I stop taking it - I am 53 and as I get older my nails tend to split, break and are not as strong as when I was younger - I highly recommend this product,

Phtyo vitamins and serum
My hair was brittle and breaking. I found a review in a beauty magazine about the phyto products and decided to try them. The products are very pricy but worth every penny. These products are definitely a solution to the african american women over 40 problem with thinning hair due to medications or just aging. I took the vitamins in conjunction with the phytocane serum. In a couple of months, my hair was looking healthy and growing.

Awesome product
Makes your hair grow in silkier and shiny! No more excessive shedding! My nails became stronger as well.
