This is such a beautiful, luxurious body wash. It smells lovely, like being on holiday in a very swish place in Greece and it lathers beautifully. It leaves my skin feeling soft and doesn't irritate at all. It leaves a gentle smell on the skin but isn't overwhelming. I love this and feel like using it is a real treat.

Pump doesn’t work
The pump for the bottle barely squirts anything out at all, despite lots of unscrewing and cajoling. Not what I expected for £43. Smells lovely though, definitely like the perfume, which I used to own. Can’t speak for the hydrating properties as yet as I’ve only used it on my hands so far.

Something Changed
Something changed with this product. It does not smell as intense as it used to, but that being said before it said on the back of the bottle, "cleansing hand and body gel" and now it says "Perfumed cleansing body gel" so that might have something to do with it. Also the pump is different from the old bottle which was a little more stylish and it worked better. I had a bottle that ran out luckily, so I just used that pump. Still a very nice smelling cleanser.

Best scent
I love this shower gel by Diptyque. The scent is lovely and lingers on my skin for a while after showering. I don’t use the body cream or perfume after, but I assume the scent will last even longer if you do. Have to agree with other reviewers that the packaging is not great for this price point: the pump is not the best at dispensing the product.

Not their best
Hmmm I am a huge fan of Diptyque and particularly love their candles and perfumes. However, this product was a bit disappointing and very expensive for it's performance. Like others I don't think the pump is very good and I was disappointed that the scent wasn't stronger. Still 3 stars for the gorgeous scent and it's a nice product, but not their best.

Beautiful, luxurious body wash

Nice smell
More i'm discovering diptyque more i think that they're really excel in the art of recreating the exact right smell of what they described. As a girl from south of France i can definitly smell the fig's tree and enjoy it . The only " negative " point is that , like for their fresh lotion , i have to use more product than what i thought to have this foaming effect .
Diptyque stay a beautiful brand and that's not stopping me to want to try more product.
