I am 5'6 and 130 and I have a pretty long torso and the dress was longer than I would've liked. I am normally a 2 or 4 and I got a 2, I would say to size down.

way too short
this dress is EXTREMELY short. . . wearing it as low as possible still won't cover my backside. it's weirdly longer in the front than the back,
