Worst Experience Ever !!!!!
This was probably the worst online purchase experience I have ever had. Ordered online on 12.16.23 with the expectation and advised this would be ready for pick up on 12.22.23. No such luck.
After multiple calls to customer service with no success, the necklace was not ready for pick up until the day after xmas (12.26.23) So I did not have this gift for my wife on xmas day.
Called customer service on 12.26.23 and cancelled the order, or so I thought.
It's 1.5.24 today and the charge is still on my credit card and I never took possession of said necklace.
I can't get resolution. I have never dealt with Nordstrom before as my wife picked this out.
I can't imagine how this company continues to be in business......

Was a good necklace overall but when I tried to change the color a few hours after ordering it, they said it was too late. Another thing was it came really tangled so spent over 20 minutes untangling it.

Needs better packaging
The necklace is simply thrown into a tiny ziploc baggy where it gets very tangled up and you have to spend forever trying to untangle it. For as expensive as jewelry is, they should package it better.
