What it is: This powerful and highly effective exfoliating treatment by Peter Thomas Roth address a dull, aging and congested complexion in three ways.

What it does: It exfoliates with pumpkin enzyme, peels with alpha hydroxy acid and polishes with aluminum oxide crystals. It helps even out skin tone, smooth fine lines and wrinkles and clarify skin for a smoother, younger-looking, radiant and revitalized complexion.
How to use: Apply a thin layer to clean skin. Gently massage in a circular motion with wet fingertips. Leave on for 3-7 minutes depending on your skin's sensitivity to let the AHAs and enzymes work. Rinse thoroughly. Use 1-2 times per week.

Excellent results with this...
I have no idea what the AHA percentage is in here (and nor will PTR ever disclose to me) but the enzymatic effect from the Pumpkin really smooths out the texture of my skin and gives it a 'renewed' appearance. AHA alone doesn't have quite the same effect on me. I massage this gently into my skin for about 30 seconds and then allow it to sit for about 5 minutes. Whenever I mask, I use a scrub first, otherwise what's the point if there's a layer of dead skin in the way? With this one it already contains aluminium oxide crystals so whilst massaging it in, the dead skin cells are removed and the mask works a lot better, plus saving me the extra step. Yes it is a powerful mask and I cannot leave it on for longer than 5 minutes or else my face starts to itch unbearably. Smells like pumpkin and cinnamon - good enough to eat and contains a number of good ingredients - such as Vit A (Retinol) and Vit C. Need to rinse immediately I have sensitive skin and this burns soo bad it’s unbearable to even apply it , I would say if you don’t know if your sensitivity don’t even try this because it sucks

Hands down the BEST!
I have sensitive skin with mild rosacea so I was a little skeptical if this product was going to be too harsh for my skin. Let me begin by saying, I dislike anything pumpkin. That being said, I absolutely luv this mask, first of all it smells like Thanksgiving in a container. I used it in the shower, and it polished my face so well and made it super smooth. When I touched my face, I could literally tell a difference, that is how good this mask is. Although I despise pumpkin, I will order this mask again, because it is everything.

worth every penny
I get regular Peels, about every 6 to 8 weeks. This is perfect for the in between times. I’ve not bought an OTC mask this good before. It’s not for sensitive skin: its fairly strong. And the results are excellent. My skin glowed all evening after using it so great before you have a night out. Also you only need about a flat quarter sized dollop per application so it’s likely to last through at least 60 applications, making it a dollar a mask. Get it!! Plus it smells lovely.

Great Mask
I got a sampler kit for Christmas. My favorite mask was the pumpkin. This one immediately made my skin glow. It does sting a tiny bit when it goes on. Since I have not been able to get regular facials lately this mask is my go too.
