What it is: A luxurious facial cleansing gel that does double duty with 1% glycolic acid (AHA) and 1% salicylic acid (BHA).
What it does: Advanced pore-resurfacing action promotes a fresh, youthful-looking complexion. Increases cell turnover to help diminish the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Detoxifies the pores and improves skin texture as it gently sweeps away impurities that can dull the complexion. Salicylic acid, brightening botanicals and a gentle form of glycolic acid exfoliate and clarify the skin, leaving it ultra-clean, refined and revitalized.
How to use: Apply a small amount of cleansing gel over moistened skin with your fingertips. Work into a rich, foamy lather and massage in gently for one minute. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and gently pat dry. Follow with your treatment, moisturizer and sun protection.

My daily cleanser
To be honest I was a devoted Philosphy Purity cleanser customer until I tried a sample of the cleanser. A little goes a long ways. Plenty of lather. Doesn't leave any makeup behind, or dry my oily skin out. My face feels slightly tighter after use but has never caused any irritation - which many products do for my sensitive skin. It aids in keeping my skin more matte in appearance after use. It feels refreshing. The only negative experience is that it takes an extra rinse to rid the suds. I am 49 years young and use a Clairisonic brush to cleanse with. I hope this helps you in your decision making process. With Nordstroms excellent return policy if you try it and don't like it simply utilize the free return shipping they offer. What do you have to lose?

Great cleanser, fresh scent!
This is a great cleanser at a reasonable price. Has a fresh, peach scent and lasts about 2 - 3 months using 2 times per day. Helps to clear/prevent mild breakouts. Use with clear complexion pads for best results.

PTR Anti-Aging Cleansing Gel: Perfecto
I like this gel cleanser in the morning and sometimes at night as second step double cleanse after makeup removal. This is gentle with benefits of good acid ingredients, never drying, perfect cleanser.

A “Must-Have” for Anti-Aging!
I LOVE this cleanser. It turns from gel to foam as you cleanse and leaves my skin feeling very fresh & clean, but never dry, tight, or irritated. After just a few uses, the texture of my skin was smoother - my moisturizer absorbed more quickly and my makeup looked better. After a couple weeks, the deeper wrinkles around my mouth and forehead are definitely less noticeable and my skin tone is more even. I’ve used a variety of cleansers and this is the best (and more affordable).

Great product!
I am 47 years old and have oily but sensitive skin. I have tried a variety of cleansers both expensive and cheap. I first tried this cleanser when it came in one of Peter Thomas Roth's skin care kits. It really gets my face clean, removes makeup and doesn't irritate my skin. I have bought the full size of this cleanser because I just love how my skin looks after using it!
