Crown Comfort Cotton & Modal Blend Shorts

I have purchased at least a dozen pairs of PM shorts. Generally, I consider them the best. However, you peaked a few years ago, with a great, mid-weight fabric, that was probably 98% cotton, 2% elastic something. They were great for golf, but also great for an evening out, where you wanted shorts that looked more classic and substantial. I live in Miami and I know my shorts. Please, please bring back a more cotton based Crown Comfort short. There are plenty of performance options, so it isn't like you are trimming your offerings. On the next question, would I recommend these shorts, I'm going to answer Yes, but.....I'm thinking more of past fabric mixes. To PM's credit, I still have at least seven pairs in my rotation and they continue to push on!

In spite of normally wearing size 36 (I’m 6’4”, 180 lbs, 69yo), I was unsure if these shorts would fit me properly bc I’ve tried PM pants that weren’t roomy enough. These are awesome! I’ll have to get used to the 8” length but with the cotton blend they feel great and I look forward to wearing them regularly. Highly recommended

I’ve been looking for years for a good pair of classic chino-style shorts that I can wear for both golf and daily use. Everything else I’ve tried is either really tight in the thighs or have useless and unattractive design aspects like zipper pockets. If there’s any complaint, they have a little extra fabric in the back, probably designed for guys with a little bigger butt. I almost never write reviews but I’ve been so frustrated with options for years and love these so much that I bought 5 colors.
