Rory Gingham Cotton Peplum Tank

I have other sets from this brand that I love, but returned this one. I found the top to have a LOT of extra volume - it almost felt like a maternity top. I was also hoping for more of a classic black and white gingham, but the black print is more black and cream/tan, so it didn’t read as bright and summery as I was hoping.

I ordered this on another site months ago because the picture makes it look super cute...but even sizing down there is way to much fabric and its not flattering at all. If you untie..its even worse.

There is soooo much extra fabric on the sides of the shirt, looks veyr weird on! had to return

The top has too much volume overall. The neckline is too wide and gapes awkwardly. A shame because the material is nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this with the matching shorts and love both, either together or separate. The pink is a really lovely shade and the fit is flattering. I have a large bust and thought about sizing up but glad I didn’t, my usual size fit well.
