Oakley Pleated Midi Skirt

I wear a small, sometimes, xs. I referred to the Petal and Pup size chart and it said that size small fits waist of 27/28.5. The actual measurement of the waistband on this skirt is 26 inches. I probably am not alone in returning this item. Nordstrom had to know the fit problem, so instead of noting it in the description, they put it on sale. I hate to return things, it is bad for everyone. It costs Nordstrom money, and it costs me time. It happens so often, that sizing is off, that I feel discouraged to buy on-line. In the end, I will never buy an item from Petal and Pup, and I will use extreme caution in buying sale items from Nordstrom. Otherwise, I quite liked the skirt. If your natural waist is 25 inches or less, the size small will fit your as shown on the model. (The waist should fit loosely.)
