Low quality - Not worth it
TLDR: Over $300 for 3 shirts, and 2 of them ripped at the sleeve seams from a simple tug to roll them up. Low quality for the price, disappointing product, and disappointing customer service. I bought these thinking I was paying for quality, but based on my experience, that's definitely not what I got. I regret the purchase and would not recommend 7Diamonds. Save your money and find another brand. The price is not justified by the quality, and the hassle isn't worth it.
I purchased 3 long sleeve dress shirts from Scheels in Omaha, NE in August. I saw them on the rack and debated buying them for way too long because of the price. Eventually decided to pull the trigger because I figured shirts costing over $100 each should be good quality and worth the money.
When I eventually came around to wearing one of the shirts, I tugged the sleeves back to roll them up and the seams ripped. I was extremely disappointed, especially considering what I paid for it. I wore the shirt anyways and figured maybe it wouldn't be a big deal later in the day, but I kept looking at the ripped seams and thinking about how I regretted spending over $300 on 3 shirts.
About a week later, the same exact thing happened with the second shirt. Same issue, same spot, just from rolling up the sleeves. Two out of the three shirts now have ripped seams from what should be a completely normal thing to do when wearing a dress shirt.
No shirt should fall apart like this, but especially not one that costs over $100. At that price, I expect the quality to justify the cost. These shirts have done the exact opposite.
I reached out to 7Diamonds about the issue, and they essentially told me it was Scheels' responsibility. I found that response pretty ridiculous. I understand Scheels is the retailer, but 7Diamonds is the brand making the shirts. Two of the three shirts I purchased have had the same issue, and their response was basically to pass the responsibility to someone else instead of addressing the actual problem.
I just sent the information over to Scheels, so we'll see if their response is any better.
