Unreliable Timeline and Shipping

I was very excited to purchase the earrings as a special gift for my daughter’s birthday. When ordering, I was given an estimate of 4/24-5/1 for delivery. It is now 5/7 and there is no expected delivery date. I understand the item is personalized but 33 days later, we still don’t have a delivery date. Extremely disappointed.
