Absorbency level: Heavy—designed for your heavy flow days. It's built to hold up to four regular tampons or three pads, which is approximately 15–20ml of fluid. On top of heavy flow days, it's also perfect for overnight wear, bladder leaks or as a worry-free backup to a cup, disk or tampon.

Care instructions: After use, rinse underwear in cold water to help avoid staining. Then, hand wash or machine wash on cold. It's recommended to avoid putting them in the dryer and to line dry.
