Terrible quality
The nose trimmer is not functioning even once. The whole thing is just flimsy and cheaply made. Right to the trash can since I threw away the packaging already. I can’t believe Nordstrom carries products like this kind of quality.

This product is a total joke - cheaply made plastic like a
little kid’s toy and not even functional after tried three Sorrento brand new batteries. I can’t believe Nordstrom carries it. I would return it if I didn’t throw away the packaging. Now it goes to the trash!
