Peony Floral Appliqué Top

I purchased this originally in black it came, and I noticed the decorative tail was shorter than the picture, but thought nothing of it. Three months later, I purchased again in pink and the decorative tails were below the hem which elevated the shirt. I returned the black and re-ordered the black and it came the exact same way the tails cut off. This manufacturer needs to check their quality control. So back it goes for the second time in black.
