Runs big
I think these shoes are beautiful and comfortable. However, I bought my size and they are too big. I even tried them on with thick wool socks and they still flip flopped in my feet. If you plan to buy these shoes, I suggest you buy a size down.

Great shoe but heel slips
This is a great shoe. I typically wear a 9.5, so I ordered a 9.5W in order to have a wider toe area. The shoes fit great in the front. Very comfortable and stylish. However, the problem was the heel fit. The heel was wide and slipped as soon as I had them on more than 15 minutes. Also, I wore them around the house for several hours to make sure the toe area didn't start pinching. The left shoe was fine. After an hour or so, the right shoe starting squeaking, and the squeaking stayed around until I took the shoes off. I debated trying the heel grips because I like the shoes, but the squeaky noise is a dealbreaker. I'm returning them.

Heel slippage
I bought these shoes and kept them a month hoping I could figure out something to magically correct the heel slippage. Unfortunately nothing worked and I had to return them. They are well made, attractive and the color is great but like so many others, the heel slippage was a deal breaker.

Too tight for narrow feet :(
Shoe was too tight on foot even though I have narrow feet. Besides that they look great and felt great, but I knew the tightness would not be comfortable overtime. I’m normally a size 10 or 10.5 and this fit fine as a size 10 length wise.

Size down
I just got these and were really excited to try them on. They feel really comfortable to wear, but they're way bigger than my feet. I'm definitely a size 10.5/11, even measured my foot to be precise with the measurements on the site, yet they still ended up being way too big on me. Definitely go a size down

Good fit, strange fake penny
My only negative opinion is the weird fake ‘penny’. It’s odd, plastic, chintzy. Just leave the shoe with nothing, we can add an actual penny if we choose. I removed it from mine, otherwise, it is stylish, trendy, comfortable. Fit is true to size.

The shoe looks beautiful from a distance, but when you get closer, you can see how much Naturalizer has skimped on this shoe. As others have mentioned, the penny is not actually a penny it is a copper colored disc that is glued in to the leather, which you cannot replace with an actual coin if you wanted to, mostly because the leather is not stitched all around. The the composition of the heel and the soul of the shoe is where it becomes a hard no for me. The heel block seems to be made of some sort of a soft pliable material, it’s not even pretending to be wood or leather. While the shoe was comfortable to walk a few steps in the house, I can see this heel breaking down overtime because it’s just not made of any natural material. The cheapness of the materials makes this shoe a hard pass for me. I almost didn’t even try it on to see if it was comfortable first. Returned immediately
