go one size up (or half size with stretching)
I typically wear a size 9-9.5M. I have regular to wide feet. At 9.5M, I could not comfortably get my foot all the way down into the shoe, which made the length almost a bit short. I need to either stretch them or order a size 10M. Comfortable. I think the light gold could substitute for silver in a pinch, which makes it more versatile.
