Pompom Canvas Hamper

I received this as a gift. It matches the under crib storage bins in our nursery. It is adorable and much larger than expected. However, the canvas is not sturdy enough to support itself. There is no structure to hold it up. It would work for toy or blanket storage if it was full most of the time. However, given its large size, I do not want to wait that long before doing laundry and therefore the basket will always be in a state of collapse on itself. Not a good look and not functional for this purpose.

As much as I hated to spend $80 on a hamper, this one was the only one I found that matched our nursery perfectly. I also found that most nursery “hampers” were actually more of a toy bin sized hamper. I understand that baby clothes are small but I really wanted something that could grow with her and be used in her bedrooms in the future as well, so I appreciate that this one was full sized. The quality is perfect and really feels like a piece of decor in our nursery as opposed to something I need to hide in the corner. I now want the smaller size to use for toys and loveys!
