Love it
Surprised by how small it was... it will be great for travel. At first felt it should be larger, but then I realized the blushes I have purchased that are larger, last so long for me that the color goes out of style. This is probably better for me. Just wish the price included the blush and pebble together... like that you can get a refill when you run out and don't have to replace the compact. (The price of the blush - wish it included the pebble).

Pointless
I bought this for the cute packaging which I was hoping to fill with a cream blush as thats what it says on the website. They have discontinued cream blush so all you can fill it with is an eyeshadow pan. Who wants a single eyeshadow that big in their makeup bag?! So this is now completely redundant in my makeup collection

Love it

Does the job
This is a nice, small compact to hold your Chantecaille eyeshadow refill (note that all the singles come as refills, meaning you are nudged to by the case as well. The mirror is handy but I would have preferred the compact to be a bit bigger and also include a little brush.

Eyeshadow “Pebble” compact
Fits perfectly! Unsure why saleswoman (at a dedicated makeup store, NOT Nordstrom) sold me the shadow refills without the pebble case: didn’t discover until I’d left town. Just relieved that Nordstrom got it to me so quickly!

Cute and small but looks dented.
Purchased it thinking I would have an cute compact that I can use as just a mirror or add an favourite cream for daily use, I'm usually spot on with online purchase but when I received the product it was not what I expected it to be. The image technically is accurate, however, in real life it's much smaller than the photo makes you believe. Also, there is no pictures of the outer side of the compact, the lack of photos of the compact closed made me think that it must be an basic black compact and they didn't add an photo because it was just like any other compact on the outside. However when I unboxed it there was an indentation that was too oddly placed and shaped to be anything but accidental damage so I took it back to the store thinking it was an faulty product only to be told it was how it was ment to be.

Nice compact
These aren't anything fancy but they are nice and the eyeshadows fit very securely in them. I enjoy the pebble compact due to the little divet in the packaging that makes it easy to fit your thumb in there. Very handy when you're doing your makeup. Wish they had different colours as it's hard to differentiate when you have a few of these.

Feels a bit cheap
A £14 refillable compact sounds like the thing you would buy once and own for years. I thought this would be like a By Terry one I got a few years ago which is solid and substantial, like an elegant pebble. It’s not - it’s very light and fairly cheap feeling plastic. I suppose that’s okay if you want to travel with it in a bag and keep things lightweight but I bought this with idea of reusing it at home for years. I’m not sure how they think it’s worth £14 when it’s unfilled.
