Low Quality
I am shocked at the quality. It is like a pair of shoes from Forever 21. They are flimsy. Super thin leather like your toes will poke through. Hard cheap bottoms that are slippery. And are very small like a whole size. They feel like a cheap slipper but way overpriced.

SLIDES
If your feet are gripping the footbed to prevent your foot from flapping and sliding towards the back, then the shoes are too big. With that said u was slightly uncomfortable knowing my heel was just barely peeking over the edge, but now I’m going to purchase a half size down.

It’s not the mule it’s me
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well they’re really nice, soft, buttery leather however they’re so delicate it shows every imperfection on your foot. It seems the slightest bump would bruise the leather. I don’t have neither narrow nor wide feet. My feet are very sensitive since I’ve had surgery on them. Everything shows through the shoe. I would love to keep them but I must return them to a better home

Stylish and soft!
I just received the shoes today so it may be too early to comment on the comfort, but as far as the look goes, they are very cute! I got the brown color. The material is very soft and feels comfortable on my feet. I’m size 8. 5 and I got size 9 as I don’t like when the heel peeks out of the open shoes! I’m thinking about getting the black color as well and may even order size 9
