Pearl and Mother of Pearl Pear Drops

I received these earrings and they were not what I was expecting. I wrapped them up and sent back for a return immediately without wearing. I received a notification that the seller declined my return as they were “damaged”. I called Nordstrom directly to better understand why they stated they could not be returned and they stated they are sold by a third party and it’s up to the third party to determine this. There is not a contact number other than a email to get a hold of the vendor, but am told the vendor does not have order numbers. I have tried to email the third party to request images and a description on why they stated they are damaged. Needless to say, if you purchase these, be aware if you don’t like them, you’ll likely be dealing with a similar outcome if you decide to return them. Disappointed that Nordstrom would even allow for this type of business for their customers. Be careful of third parties as Nordstrom was unable to help me through this refund and it’s all up to the 3rd party.
