What it is: An adaptogenic blend of reishi mushroom extract, eleuthero root, ashwagandha and cocoa carefully crafted to promote overall well-being.
What it does: Balance My Stress uses adaptogens to help protect against stress, and medicinal mushroom extracts and herbs to help decrease fatigue, protect the immune system and improve blood flow. Note: Peak and Valley only uses the fruiting body (not mycelium) for all mushroom extracts. The reishi extract contains over 35% Beta-D-Glucans.
How to use: Use 1 teaspon per serving. The blend has a chocolatey, earthy and slightly bitter taste that pairs well with coffee, milks and tea. Can be taken at any time of day. Daily use is recommended.

Stress levels definitely balanced!
This blend is definitely a godsend. Im a regular customer of peak and valley, and skipped my last month of the BMS blend. I work long 10+ hr days and my stress levels have been crazy (especially during covid). Decided to order through nordie to support their launch and after only a few days I can feel a difference in my fatigue and reactivity. As always, a 5* experience - effective herbs, cocoa taste, and a perfect addition to morning coffee.

Ashwaganda made me sleepy
Thought I would give this a try. Stress is part of life but why endure if there’s a healthy assist available? I like the all natural ingredients. However, I felt tired, which is supposed to be the opposite effect. It claims effective against stress, which it was but did not help with fatigue. I’d almost recommend this for nighttime but then what’s the purpose? I’d try another supplement from this brand though, since the ingredients are quality.

Works SO well!
I’ve been using this everyday for a little over a week now and have already felt a difference! The thoughts and tasks that used to send a pang of anxiety through my nerves now seem far more surmountable. Mixing it into my chai latte, oatmeal, or chia seed pudding has become a part of my morning regimen that I have really started looking forward to. So glad I got this product before my semester starts and can’t wait to conquer this year with its help.

Eases stress and tastes like chocolate
Great powdered supplement. I’ve been putting into my breakfast smoothie and loving it. It tastes wonderful - like cocoa with some earthiness. It mixes really easily into my smoothie as well. I definitely noticed that my internal stress level has decreased, which is incredibly impressive. I recommend this product!

First off, I love trying new health products. Especially during covid, my stress has been intensely overpowering. Along with working full time and studying, I felt too fatigued to do anything on my days off. I needed some kind of boost and this seemed like a good fit. It smells amazing. Literally, just by smelling the blend, I feel grounded. By ingesting it, I feel more confident in my ability to hang out with friends or go an adventures without feeling scared of feeling too tired. I suffer from depression and this honestly helps me feel more connected and in control of my body.

Mild flavor with great benefits
I was curious to try this brand as I love health products and like adding supplements into my diet. I've used mushroom powders before so I was looking forward to trying this product. I'm happy to say that I enjoy this powder. I was curious if it would have a taste, I figured maybe a little earthy with a hint of cocoa. I added this to almond milk and the drink tasted just like almond milk. Really not much of a flavor which makes it very versatile. Next time I think I would enjoy this better in a warm drink. I'm looking forward to using this every day to balance stress and add adaptogens into my diet.

great tasting, try it like hot cocoa
bought this more thinking of it as a vitamin thing, but wow... tastes great. i actually just kindof ate a spoon of this. It isnt sweet, but i like to add this to semi-warm water (not too hot) with honey and drink it like a coffee type adaptogen in the afternoon. all ingredients are organic too so I like it
