What it is: A spot treatment serum to promote an even skin tone.
Who it's for: Ideal for normal skin types or all types of uneven skin tone.
What it does: This hydroquinone-free formula is ideal for use by those who cannot tolerate hydroquinone.
How to use: After cleansing, spot-treat with a thin layer and allow to penetrate. Follow with any other appropriate corrective products and broad-spectrum SPF in the daytime and moisturizer at night. Use 1-2 times per day, based on tolerance.

Love this stuff
I have used this for a number of years, and the hq free works great on my darker skin tone. I do use the full PCA system: cleansers, toners, serums, clinicalm, moisturizer, and mask. The HQ free allows me to even tone my sensitive skin without fear of over use of any hydroquinone gel. I do miss the A&C serum but thats life. Fingers crossed, hope PCA keeps hq free around.

Don’t waste your money
I have been using this product for a few weeks now religiously twice a day, absolutely no changes what so ever with my dark spots and malasma. I’m sorry I spend my money on this.

Don’t waste your money

Urgent Inquiry
Product has been working okay thus far, I've been using it for a week and experienced no issues. I have just one question. Can this be paired with the C&E Advanced Serum, and if yes, which should be used first? I would really appreciate an expedite response as I'm about to purchase another bottle of this and the C&E Advanced Serum.

Skin like glass
So I have to start by saying that the gel has a strong alcoholic smell. Luckily it penetrates quickly into my skin and the smell dissipates. I then layer it with a retinoid and night oil from a different brand, and, I tell you what, I wake up to smooth, glass like skin. The dark bags under my eyes are gone. I was actually in shock the first time when I looked in the mirror the next day. I will say though that I don’t spot treat but rather use it as a thin all over serum on my face. Sometimes it tingles but it’s not a burn. And like I said, I wake up to beautiful skin the next day.
