Someone is stealing the jewelry
I ordered one necklace that was beautiful so I ordered another for my mother for her birthday present which I was giving her today. The box is EMPTY. The jewelry box was in the sealed shipping box and there was absolutely nothing inside. And I waited days for it to be delivered while it sat just a short distance from my house. My money was refunded but that didn’t help me with having no gift for today. And they should have offered to send me a new one overnight…but no. I can just order another one if I want. I don’t need anymore empty boxes. What awful service. Bye Nordstrom. You used to be known for service.

Main charm arrived broken off chain
This was a gift for my granddaughter. The main charm with her initial came off as soon as she opened the box. We reattached it but it just kept falling off and now it’s lost. Never buying this brand again. Too much money spent on a broken necklace.
