Pavé Bubble Slider Custom Bracelet

The bracelet is cute, however the letters are smaller than advertised, the bracelet will turn colors/tarnish quickly. I haven't had the bracelet a month and don't wear it often but it has tarnished already. It is hard to put the bracelet on because of the need to be able to pull both parts of the bracelet at the same time to tighten it on your wrist. If you have a small wrist it doesn't stay tight it will loosen on its own and the letters separate.

I was so excited about this purchase! Since it was final sale I reached out to customer service prior to purchase to confirm sizing. I was told it was one size fits all and that it was adjustable. The bracelet is definitely not one size fits all!!! Even when it’s adjusted to the maximum width the bracelet is still extremely small. I can’t get the bracelet on my wrist and therefore will never be able to wear it! I have never been more disappointed with a purchase from Nordstroms. Even more disappointed because I did my due diligence and reached out to customer service prior to purchase and was assured it would fit.
