The item was delivered without tags, looked like it might have been worn and the return policy is the item must have tags with a return. This seems very suspicious on the part of the 3rd party seller.
Not happy about this and I will not be ordering anything from thr Brand Modern Citizen again.

if you are between sizes, size up
I think I like this. Ordered XS because that size in other items (sweaters) for this brand. But I returned and purchased the S. XS too tight.
