What it is: A pair of nonabrasive, leave-on liquid exfoliants for daily use.

Who it's for: All skin types, especially those with signs of aging and combination-to-oily skin prone to clogged pores.

What it does: Its formula gently exfoliates built-up layers of dead skin and effectively unclogs pores, optimizing skin renewal and clarity for remarkably smoother skin, smaller pores, a refined texture and less-visible lines and wrinkles.

Research results:
In a clinical study after one week of use:
-100% of participants had more hydrated skin.
- 89% of participants had softened forehead wrinkles.
- 89% of participants experienced faster exfoliation.
After four weeks of use:
- 100% of participants had more hydrated skin.
- 96% of participants experienced faster exfoliation.
- 93% of participants had less-visible fine lines around the nose and mouth.

How to use: Dispense approximately a dime-sized amount onto a cotton ball or pad and stroke over clean skin, including around the eye. The product may also be applied with your fingers. For daytime, wear it under a product rated SPF 15 or higher.

GREAT chemical exfoliant!

I've been using PC's skin perfecting 2% BHA Gel exfoliant and wanted to try the liquid line because the gel consistency was too filmy to use in the morning before other skincare and then makeup. This is an excellent price for 2 bottles, you get a nice discount! I like the texture of this one better than the gel, it feels like it absorbs better and it's still not drying. This product has been an amazing exfoliant, it reduces the appearance of pores and I have no more blackheads from using this. It just makes my skin look more radiant and healthy overall. Of course you still want to use all your other products, like toner/serum/moisturizer/face mask. You know, the 10 billion step Korean skincare method. Add this to your skincare regimen, for $35, it's completely worth it! Also, instead of wasting a cotton pad, I just dump this onto my fingers and pat onto my face, I feel like I waste less product that way too.

ruined my skin

I have normal skin with no troubles to remark upon. I bought this because I wanted to give it a try, to see if it would be a good booster of sorts, especially due to the Anniversary price of a Duo. Let's see if it can provide a normal appearance skin with said "radiance and even toning," etc. Followed directions, and after a few days, the appearance of my face changed. It became rough, patchy, textured and dry. I quickly returned this, and am now on double duty repairing my skin with extra-strength moisturizer and healing balms. Boo. I removed the other Paula's Choice products from my shopping cart.

Good BHA option

This is not a toner - it's an acid exfoliator but is really great for anyone who is sensitive to AHA's (like glycolic acid) and wants to try a BHA instead. I wouldn't use it twice a day - try it 2-3 times a week first and see how your skin reacts, twice daily acid exfoliation is just going to throw your skin's balance out of whack and make things worse. My skin is very sensitive but I struggle with cell turnover and the occasional hormonal whitehead and this really helps clean out my pores and keep my skin bouncy and fresh looking. The Anniversary Sale 2-pack is a fantastic deal and I always re-stock this time of year!

A keeper

Love this product. I use it morning and night after cleansing and it keeps my skin blemish free without irritation. To make this product last, I pat it on my face with my fingers rather than with a cotton pad.

The good stuff

Yeah, this stuff is good. I bought it based on a recommendation and it didn't disappoint. I alternate days that I use it and I notice a big difference when I put on makeup. I don't use a cotton round, I use my hands to apply it.

Terrific Results

I use the Paula's Choice exfoliant nightly. It has visibly improved the texture of my skin more than any other skincare product. I have sensitive skin and have had no issues with redness or irritation. An absolute must for my skincare regimen!
