Very disappointed with this ordered . They never sent me any information on delivery date Call them and very rude ask me to changed my email address They said maybe my email have been blocked I call4 times and no one give me the right answer I lost 2 days of work because this order I received the package and also a message saying that my package was delivered. Don’t understand why they can’t message before. Very disappointing frustrating with Nordstrom Very bad customer service

Best fitting, elegant sneaker ever! After trying for more than one year, and buying and returning so many shoes, I found the one for me! This shoe is not overly padded so I don't feel like I'm out of touch with the ground, walking on water. It is supporting in the right way. And its soft enough to give a bit in the front and side to make it easy on and off. And its snug enough in the middle to feel firm and support me. Did I mention that I love it so much I went home and bought a second pair on the website!! Yes I did! Its apparent, and I looked, that this shoe is designed by an orthopedist who knows her/his stuff. I hope and pray that I will find more shoes, dressier, as well as walking an all round great everyday shoes that fit as well as this sneaker. So worth it!!
