Scammed--came damaged, tried to exchange
I bought the tie for a promo price of $59. The tie arrived damaged, so I brought it into Nordstrom's to return. They said the new tie would ship to the store. Then, 10 days later, instead of the tie, I got an email with a gift certificate. The tie, meanwhile, increased in price to $99. Absolutely terrible customer service.
