Little Helpers Calm Dietary Supplement Strips

I didn't realize this was an oral supplement until after I purchased it (my bad!). I thought it was a patch you stick on your body (lol). I have anxiety, and while I do take prescribed medication daily, sometimes it's not enough. I saw these and thought I would try them. I am not crazy about the flavor. It actually makes me almost gag when I use these. Something about the consistency of the strip and the flavor just bothers me, but I think the results are noticeable for me enough to where I can overlook this. I do feel much more calmer and relaxed after using a strip, and for me the effect happens very fast, which is a relief to someone who gets anxious about waiting (haha!). They do not make me sleepy, but I do feel relaxed enough where I could sleep or nap. They do not knock me out or keep me under for an extended amount of time, and usually I feel calmer and less anxious after the strip has wore off. I think overall it does what it says it will in my experience, and I would recommend these to anyone who has anxiety or just needs help relaxing.
