Great coat in WI
My (very tall) 5yo wears a 6-7. This is warm enough for her to play outside in WI. My kid hates stiff, waterproof coat material and this offered enough water resistance for an hour or so of snow play. Super soft and snuggly.

Happy w/ the hand me down, equally happy w/ new
We had a hand me down 3t that my son outgrew. When this lovely green 4t showed up it was perfect. He loves the rainbow pocket on the inside, so do I! It keeps him warm while allowing him to still move. Love the extra length, cuffed sleeves, and fuzzy hood.

We only wear Primary coats
I love that the colors are more rich than the color choices last year. These wear great and wash up easily. We use puffers for in between seasons and these during our coldest months. I pick them on up clearance at the end of the season for next year. Especially at the sale price, these are a high quality item at a good price point.

Needs to be lined with fleece/sherpa
