Beautiful lotion, horrible packaging!
I really wish Chanel would read customer reviews and change the opening on the cap. The design is faulty. This fragrance is absolutely beautiful. I loved this lotion for the couple times I was able to use it. However, this twist cap to get to the product is cheaply made, and when it breaks, you cannot unscrew the cap to use the product at that point. Thank you to Nordstrom for being so gracious and returning it but Chanel really needs to do better with their packaging.

The rose fragrance is lovely and if you like rose, this is the body lotion for you. It lasts for hours, also. Four stars because the lid (top) makes me crazy. Once open, it can't be closed if you have oil on your hands. Also, if your fingers are moist, you can't open the top either. It's a swivel, not a twist off. The black top doesn't come off...it just swivels to the side to allow a small opening to dispense the lotion. I would prefer a cap that can be removed and one that isn't so sensitive to moisture on the fingers.
