These are the most comfortable loafer I have ever worn. Ferrara no shoes hold up much better than other brands, in my experience. Even though these are casual, they are 10x more comfortable than my 1953 Gucci loafers, and most say those are like slippers. Highly recommend.

Received wrong color --twice
I really don't like leaving 1 star reviews, but this experience was very uncharacteristic of Nordstrom. I ordered this shoe TWICE. Why twice? Well, the first time I ordered Brown and received Light Grey. OK, likely an honest mistake, so I went in-store and re-ordered. When the second package arrived --- wrong color AGAIN. Twice I ordered Brown and received Light Grey. Rather than try for a third time, I returned the shoes. Ultimately, I know this is very uncharacteristic of Nordstrom's historically excellent customer service, but I'm very disappointed, as it's not like I ordered a pair of shorts, these are Ferragamos. I would think the order picker would be paying attention to the correct color. Not only that, but I really wanted to have these shoes, as I also own them in Black, but I don't have confidence in Nordstrom to deliver the correct item.
