Atrocious shipping

I am extremely disappointed with the way my $2200 coat was packaged and shipped. It's unacceptable for Nordstrom to handle such an expensive item so carelessly. I will be returning it immediately and filing a formal complaint.

Poor packaging. There is no original packaging that comes with Monclear. It looks like someone returned it a knockoff product.

It runs large, I’m usually a 4 and the 0 is plenty of room. It’s super cute and I get all sorts of compliments bc of the dual tone, only downside is that it isn’t longer
