Set of 2 Sateen Pillowcases

I love Paracute’s sateen sheets and have been purchasing them for years, but my latest order of pillowcases was unlike any prior purchase. From the moment I opened the plastic wrapping around the pillowcases, I smelled a very pungent and unpleasant odor. I immediately rushed the items into the laundry, but had to wash them twice before the smell eventually faded.

These are attractive and comfortable. Only had them for one week, so can't yet attest to durability, but they seem well made.

Fabric is soft, smooth, and feels nice against my skin. I would call the bone color a cool beige. I consider bone more of a chalky off white and these are deeper than that but not with a lot of yellow undertone you would expect in beige. Fabric is more towards the thinner side and I'd prefer it a little more substantial and does come out of the dryer a bit wrinkly. I think they're expensive for the thinness but not enough for be to return them.

[Employee of parachutehome] Love the sheet, the fit, the texture, the quality. I gave it two stars because it doesn't hold its color. I'm a drooler when I sleep. Perhaps that has stained and discolored the fabric. Is it my toothpaste? My skin care products? I don't know but I think I need to stick to white sheets next time.

Love these! So soft and the quality is great. They're easy to get on the pillow and stay on well during the night.
