Not as Marketed
Have had neck and back issues since purchasing. Was supposed to be medium firm, but ended up not feeling medium and it’s extremely tall in height relative to what I was expecting / how the photos were presented. Unfortunately having a very negative experience.

Too flat and too flimsy.
Pillow is super soft and lightweight but even in firm doesn’t have enough stuffing.

Too firm, not comfortable.
I replace my down pillows about once every 3 years. I decided to try parachute since the company I normally buy from is no longer business. I am disappointed with the pillow I received from parachute and I returned it. It was too firm and uncomfortable.
