Ribbed Shelf Bra Tank

I feel like I've been searching for this tank top for a decade! The support and ribbed structure of this tank top make it a great closet staple, not just for bed, but for lounging around the house and even under a top/sweater. Again, as a woman with Cs, I'm impressed at the support of the built in bra, feel very secure and held in place with the wider straps, yet comfortable. As a result, I personally ordered this in every available color.

Was excited to get a good quality ribbed tank with good reviews so I ordered in Black, White and Pink (all mediums). The quality is there and the bra liner inside is helpful BUT it creates a pucker under the arm with the top material moving over the bra liner. It fits great everywhere but under the arms (see photo). It puckers so not my favourite fit and would not recommend for this reason.

Good weight on fabric…not too thick, not too thin. The built in bra isn’t super supportive but does provide an extra layer in the bust area so you can go bra-less. I ordered L because I wanted a looser fit. I could have ordered M and been just fine. I usually wear M in tops and 6/8 in dresses. Bust 36 C.

Bought this tank in all 3 colors (white, black and gray). It has far more cotton than most tanks with shelf bras but I wanted something that is comfortable for the day or night since I often wear these with pjs for some support. I'm a 42B and tried the XL first. It fits and offers a bit more support but the band would cause some soreness by days end so I opted for the XXL. The shelf bra offers some support but if you are looking for a lot and you are my size, don't expect that. But I was looking for comfort with some support so I don't have to wear a bra if I don't want to. And I use these for layering too. These fit the bill. I ordered why before and I was cream; I like both colors but would love more options in colors. Navy is not out of the box for colors.
