Heart Clasp Charm Bracelet

I sent this as a gift to my daughter for Valentines day and she called me today to ask if It was a joke! It did not come packaged in a cute pandora gift bag as described but in a cheap plastic baggy with a pandora sticker on it. she said it was very hard to secure on her wrist. She also mentioned it had a big O on one side of the heart which is not mentioned in the description. I told her to send it back an choose something else.

I was so excited that Nordstrom was now carrying Pandora jewelry and super excited about ordering this bracelet. But so disappointed when I received it. It seems as though it was had been worn and returned. It was scratched up on both sides of the heart itself. I sent it back the next day.

I finally purchased my very first Pandora and this did not dissappoint. Yea it did make me itchy because it pulled on my arm hairs but after i added charms, it stopped. It was difficult at first to close, but I am able to figure out the best way to do it and now it takes me less than 2 seconds to close it. I love that it is securely close and I don't have to worry about losing it. Highly recommend.
