Tasty but Overpriced
My Pain au Chocolats following the given recipe and using the given ingredients were good, but the pastries were dense and not light and airy as you’d expect. Furthermore, the box is 12 sticks of chocolate, a bag of flour, and a packet of yeast for $35. Overpriced for what you’re getting. You could buy the ingredients at the store. Overall the outcome tasted good but I wouldn’t recommend this.
