Joanna Ankle Strap Platform Wedge Sandal

Giving 3 stars for the quality of the sandal. However, the ankle strap is too short. I have slim ankles, yet it barely buckled to the first hole. I had to fight to get it buckled. Needless to say the ankle strap was too tight. Really wanted to love these.

These shoes are pretty but have a major design flaw: the ankle strap is too short (and I do not have large ankles!). I could barely buckle it on the first hole. Also, they don't feel soft and luxe enough to justify the price tag.

Beautiful shoe, but the ankle straps are WAY too short. I have very slim ankles/legs and could barely fasten them comfortably. The shoe itself fit perfectly, so sizing up would not solve the issue. After looking at other reviews, it seems multiple customers experienced the same problem. Unfortunately, this feels more like a design flaw than a sizing issue. Only plus is that their customer service is responsive and resolved my return quickly other than that this shoe needs to be redesigned!

This shoe is absolutely adorable and fits perfectly. However, the ankle strap is cut too short. For the design to work comfortably, the strap really needs to be about 2 inches longer. With that adjustment, this would be a fantastic shoe.
